Sharing knowledge while working in some of the world’s most difficult environments requires a unique set of skills. The team at RedR aim to equip you with the tools to effectively collaborate with diverse communities in challenging and interesting contexts. You will be given the confidence to engage with a variety of clients and carry out your job to a higher standard. This course is designed with a focus on delivery within the not-for profit (NFP) and humanitarian spheres and looks at the many demanding circumstances presented while working in the field.
This six-day course is very useful for anyone wanting to apply their skills to humanitarian relief and those working in the NFP sector. This nationally recognised qualification provides foundation training techniques as well as contextual knowledge and skills that can be applied both on and offshore.
RedR is nationally accredited with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status and currently run this course from Dookie, near Shepparton, Victoria. The course is offered twice yearly, with the next course running from 5-10 February 2015.
